Therapy Support Groups
Group therapy isn’t about the therapist providing support to one member at a time while others observe. Instead, every member is encouraged to provide feedback and support to others, so everyone has a chance to connect with one another. Group therapy teaches you more about who you are as a person. Individuals are encouraged to talk about their struggles, how different situations make them feel, and their biggest fears and challenges. Being able to be honest is an incredibly powerful and liberating experience.
